I haven't received an email after my order was completed

If you do not receive an email, please check the following.

②Please check to see if the email has been sent to your spam folder or another folder.

*If you use a mobile carrier email address, you may not be able to receive the email depending on your settings.
We recommend using an email address other than that of a mobile carrier, such as Gmail or Yahoo.

When the order completion screen appears, your order is complete.
