You can check your membership status by logging in to your BMSG SHOP account and checking whether the "Name of the fan club you joined" is displayed.
■ Verification procedure
- Log in to your BMSG SHOP account and access the "Payment Method/Changes Confirmation Page"
- Check the "Plan name you applied for" displayed in the "B-Town Plan" column. If the plan name is displayed, your membership is complete, so don't worry.
<Notes>
・If the "Plan name you applied for" is not displayed even after logging in,
- Your registration may not have been completed. - Or you may have registered using a different email address.
・First, please check whether you can log in with the email address you recognize.
*If you are unable to log in, please try resetting your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
