If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check the following:

■ Check your spam folder: It may have been automatically sorted into the "Spam" or "Promotions" tab.

■ Check your receiving settings: Please make sure you can receive emails from [@bmsg.co.jp], [@bmsg.shop], and [@bmsg.jp].
・In particular, carrier email addresses (@docomo.ne.jp / @ezweb.ne.jp / @softbank.ne.jp) may not be delivered due to spam mail protection settings.

■ Email address format: Some addresses that contain ".@" or "..." cannot be used. Please register with a different address.

■ Capacity exceeded: Check the capacity of your mailbox or smartphone.
