You can enter the advance ticket sales (lottery) for live shows and events earlier than anywhere else. *Please note that if there are a large number of applications for advance ticket sales, a lottery will be held.

If you have a fan club you are a member of, it will also be reflected on the top page "Your Community" after logging in to the app.

After downloading the app, you will need to register as a member to view fan club content.
If you are unable to log in even though you have completed your fan club membership registration and payment, please check the following ① to ③.
①You may have entered the registered email address or an address different from the one you entered when registering as a member.
If you have multiple email addresses, please try using one that you know.
*This is different from the email address registered to the "BMSG App."
②If you are entering the password you set or do not know the password you set, click [Forgot your password?] at the bottom of the login screen to set a new password and try logging in.
*If you do not receive the reset email, please make sure that you can receive emails from info@bmsg.shop.
③Please check that the email address and password you entered are correct, including capitalization, half-width/full-width characters, symbols, input errors, and unnecessary spaces.
