Q. I want to check my fan club membership status

You can check your fan club membership status from "My Page" in the BMSG OFFICIAL SHOP.

Q. I can't log in to B with U
A.

After downloading the app, you will need to register as a member to view fan club content.
If you are unable to log in even though you have completed your fan club membership registration and payment, please check the following ① to ③.

①You may have entered the registered email address or an address different from the one you entered when registering as a member.
If you have multiple email addresses, please try using one that you know.
*This is different from the email address registered to the "BMSG App."

②If you are entering the password you set or do not know the password you set, click [Forgot your password?] at the bottom of the login screen to set a new password and try logging in.

*If you do not receive the reset email, please make sure that you can receive emails from info@bmsg.shop.

③Please check that the email address and password you entered are correct, including capitalization, half-width/full-width characters, symbols, input errors, and unnecessary spaces.

Q. I have a purchase history on BMSG SHOP, but I can't log in.

First, try resetting your password using the email address you registered with BMSG OFFICIAL SHOP.

① If you have a history of purchasing from us in the past We have sent you two emails in the past, one stating "Shopping Complete" and one stating "Shipping Complete", so please check to see if you have received an email from info@bmsg.shop to any email addresses you may have.
